Labour MP Jo Cox

Following Labour MP Jo Cox murder, British MPs will need security because of another attack being planned against British leaders supporting, or who do not support, the Brexit referendum.

Brexit refers to the referendum being sought for Great Britain's exit/withdrawal from the European Union. This referendum was arranged by parliament when it passed the European Union Referendum Act 2015. The UK electorate will determine Britains path on 23 June 2016.

It has been pointed out by Prophet TB Joshua of Nigeria that another attack on the British leadership is on the horizon and security will be needed.

It was just last Thursday that Labour MP Jo Cox died after being shot and stabbed multiple times following a constituency meeting. Armed officers responded to the attack near a library in Birstall, West Yorkshire.

Cox, elected a member of Parliament for Batley and Spen in Yorkshire last year, was a supporter of Britain voting to remain in the European Union.

Her attacker was heard shouting "Britain first". This comes on the heals of the momentous and contentious public referendum on whether to stay or leave the European Union.

Far-right party Britain First moved to distance itself from the murder of MP Jo Cox, releasing a video statement condemning the killing and posting a series of articles on Facebook.
